The No Nonsense Muscle course proves that Vince is a world class trainer and knows what it takes for you to gain serious muscle, quickly. He has written this e-book to share not only his success but also his knowledge.
Value for money is the understatement of the year! Considering most personal trainers were going to charge me between $45 and $120 per hour it was an easy choice to pay $77 and get a year’s worth or workouts. This program far outweighs a trainer any day.

Having access to all of the online tools was really good. I learnt a lot about how muscles grow and the importance of rest (never would have thought about it). There is a lot of information about supplements, what you should be taking and what you need to avoid as well as how the supplement industry works (quite an eye opener).
I found the meal plan awesome, it made me really breakdown what I was eating and it was easy to see where I had been going wrong for so many years. The workouts kept me challenged and the online progress tracker kept me online for getting the results I wanted.
And most importantly, I built muscle!
When I started no nonsense muscle I was overweight and Vince was a skinny guy and it wasn’t easy to change things around to suit me better because the program is very specific. While I was able to burn fat I didn’t quite build muscle as fast as I wanted in the beginning. It is after all how to go from skinny to built, not chubby to built.
Vince has since added over 100 new routines to the program so you can access any type of workout you want.
The member’s forum is very quiet; I did expect more input from Vince, tips and tricks for success etc. But that said there wasn’t too much I dint like about it.
