Only do One Exercise per Muscle Group

Track your progress
This is the most over looked and underused trick for gaining muscle. You must track your progress! Can you remember what you lifted two weeks ago? No. You will just be going around in circles, repeating the same workout week after week with NO progress. By tracking your progress you will see where you are making gains and where you need to pick up your game. This leads to increases in strength which leads to increased growth.
