Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle has to be the most in-depth fitness/nutrition product I have ever read. Burn the Fat is written by fitness expert Tom Venuto and is designed to help you to, well, burn fat and feed muscle basically.

I had known about Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle for a while and finally gave it ago after all it is one of the greatest selling e-books in internet history so it must be good.

When I started Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle I was not a beginner and I soon realised that this product is targeted at beginners. I guess If you already know how to and what to eat then you will be in pretty good shape anyway. That said, there is nothing wrong with refreshing ones knowledge and that’s where Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle stands out from the crowd.

Tom Venuto is a fitness genius and this is reflected in his book, although at times it does get a little long winded and can seem like information overload.

What really impressed me was that Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle gives you the ability to build a solid body without the need for supplements or drugs; you can do it easily with the right foods and training.

I wish I had read this book when I was younger, I wouldn’t have wasted all those years in the gym and money on supplements I didn’t need. I thought I knew a lot about fitness and nutrition before I started this program, I was clearly wrong!

Everything you ever wanted to know about nutrition is covered here in easy to read reports. It is very well balanced for men and women (as we have different nutritional needs) but Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle does have a few drawbacks.

As I said previously it is aimed at the beginner to lay a solid foundation for the rest of their lives and it can be a bit of information overload (you may need to read it 3 or 4 times to take it all in). It is heavily geared to burning fat and I felt I was never going to gain muscle.

It was a bit like a refresher course for me but I did learn a few new tips and tricks along the way, like how to deal with my food cravings and the mental approach to dieting.


In conclusion:

While I did feel a bit disenchanted at times I’m still pleased I finally purchased Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle. It kind of gave me the kick in the butt I needed and the motivation to reach my fitness goals. It was a lot of information to take in but its info I will never forget. If you are a beginner you need to read this book it is the BEST place to start and if there are any intermediate trainers that need motivation or a refresher then you also need Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.
