Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle has become an internet phenomenon. It is the greatest selling e-book of all time but the author Tom Venuto is not a household name, when should be.
Tom launched Burn the Fat in 2003 after years of study, trial and error and experimenting on himself with what works and what doesn’t. Most of us wanting to lose excess body fat have also experimented but we have more often than not failed in our attempts.
This program is aimed at everyone, all shapes and sizes, all age groups and what makes this program stand out and be so successful is that it makes you feel like and individual, focussed on you and your goals.
The fitness industry is Tom’s life, it became his passion young in life and has dedicated himself to it. He has gained a BSc. in Exercise Science, is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and a member of the International Society for Sports Nutrition.
Tom has also appeared in Oprah Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and has written articles for numerous fitness magazines. The list goes on, but from early on when you start reading Burn the Fat you realise you are dealing with an industry leader.
He does not promise the impossible, he makes no bones about it, it will be hard work. Unlike most fitness/fat loss programs that run 12-16 weeks, where you come out the other end with no idea on what to do next.
Tom teaches you the skills to feed yourself for life in a no nonsense, easy to understand way. He gives you real content and you feel empowered and educated when it comes to fat loss.
A lot of people in the fitness industry have turned their backs on Tom because he has supposedly given away industry secrets. These “secrets” are what people pay personal trainers and gym instructors for. The things personal trainers forget to share are the key items Tom shares with you, for less than half a trainer would charge for an hour.
You will learn why 95% of diets fail, why it’s better to burn fat than trying to starve it, realistic goal setting and how to smash through the fat loss plateau and more. This e-book is so packed full of information it’s the next best thing to sitting down one on one with Tom himself.
